I am a mental health therapist in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In September 2018, I embarked on a journey of adopting monumental lifestyle changes to assist in recovering from depression. This site is a space to bring awareness through embracing transparency and getting raw and real about emotional and physical wellness, in hopes that it will instill hope in others who are struggling.
